DR. JAMES JESPERSEN
Dr. James Jespersen is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he received his D.D.S. degree in 2007.
He was a recipient of an Air Force Health Profession Scholarship Progam during dental school, and following graduation entered active duty service where he completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach FL. Dr. Jespersen then moved to Minot Air Force Base, Minot ND where he practiced general dentistry for 3 years before returning to the University of Iowa to complete a 2 year specialty program in Endodontics.
Dr. Jespersen is active in the American Association of Endodontists, including having served as a committee member and contributing to AAE publications. He has been a presenter at both local and national dental meetings, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Jespersen is from Rock Valley, Iowa where his father is a practicing general dentist. He was valedictorian of his high school class, graduated Suma Cum Laude, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at Luther College in Decorah, IA. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking and spending time with his family and friends.
